Orders start when planned, run at the planned rate, deliver the planned quantity, and find their material waiting. The plan holds. DECISIO shows how far your plant is from that, and exactly where.

No. It only reads. There is no write-back and no change to your configuration.

How deep does the root-cause trace go today?
The example above shows the full trace we are building towards. On your data, the assessment starts with what SAP already holds about orders, operations, confirmations, work centers and stock. Causes that need purchasing history or maintenance records are built with the first reference plants, on their data, so the logic matches how they really run.
Where does "world-class" come from?
It is a standard of execution in which orders start, run and deliver as planned, and material is there when needed. We measure your orders against it so you can see how far you are and where the distance comes from.
We already have SAP exception messages. Is this different?
It covers similar ground, so it does not replace your setup. The difference is synthesis. Standard exceptions are raw and need someone fluent in SAP to read them. DECISIO combines schedule, capacity, material and quantity into one plain-language status per order, traces the cause, and gives a dollar figure.
What if our master data is wrong?
Scores can only be as good as what SAP holds. Stale lead times, standard times or capacity settings can produce false readings. The assessment includes a manual master-data check, and these settings are often the root cause behind repeat gaps, which is where the prevention plan points.
Does a deliberate re-plan count as a failure?
Today, DECISIO cannot tell a deliberate re-plan from silent drift, so both show up as movement from the original plan. Tracking the reason for a change is designed and on our roadmap, and we would rather tell you now than have you find it later.
Is this AI?
No. The scoring is rule-based and explainable. Every status and every cause traces to something you can check in SAP.
Which SAP systems does it support?
DECISIO is built and tested on SAP ECC EHP8 with PP/DS. If you run S/4HANA, tell us and we will confirm fit before you commit any time.
